By using CaseLeague you agree to what follows. If you do not, please do not use the site.

What CaseLeague is

CaseLeague is a directory. Organizers submit their own competition listings, and visitors browse them. We are not the organizer of any competition listed here, we are not involved in running them, and we take no part in selecting or judging teams.

Accuracy of listings

Listings are written by the people who submit them. We do not verify their contents. When a listing shows that it was last confirmed accurate on a date, that is the submitter's own assertion on that date, not a check performed by us. A listing may be out of date, incomplete, or wrong.

Always confirm details — deadlines, eligibility, fees — with the organizer's own website before relying on them. The outbound link on every listing exists for exactly that purpose.

Accounts

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Give accurate information when you register, and tell us if you believe someone else has access to your account.

What you submit

You keep ownership of the listings and images you submit. By submitting them you give us permission to display them on this site and in the ordinary ways a directory presents its contents.

You confirm that you have the right to submit what you upload. Do not upload images you do not have permission to use.

Acceptable use

Do not use CaseLeague to post competitions that do not exist, to advertise something that is not a case competition, to upload material that infringes someone else's rights, or to harass anyone. Do not attempt to access accounts that are not yours, and do not scrape or hammer the site with automated traffic.

Moderation

We may unpublish or delete any listing, and may suspend or remove any account, at our discretion — most often to deal with spam or a listing that is plainly false. We are under no obligation to publish anything submitted.

Links to other sites

Listings link to organizers' own websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or what they do with information you give them.

No warranty

CaseLeague is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors, or that anything listed here is suitable for you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on anything listed on it — including a missed deadline, a competition that changed its terms, or one that turned out not to be open to you.

Ending your use

You may stop using the site and delete your account at any time. We may end your access if you break these terms.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the revised terms.
